Cómo manejar el estrés con PNL

Para poder hablar del estrés, es necesario saber qué es. La siguiente definición del estrés es del Dr. Deepak Chopra: “Estrés consiste en la acumulación de las presiones normales y anormales de la vida diaria, que ponen a prueba la habilidad del individuo para enfrentarlas”. Si pensamos detenidamente en esta definición podremos entender lo que el Dr. Chopra nos quiere decir. a) Nos habla de presiones normales de la vida diaria, lo que quiere decir que siempre tendremos alguna clase de presión o estrés y que esto es inherente en cualquier actividad que realicemos, ya que es lo que nos mueve para ser eficientes. Ejemplo: Ir a recoger a los niños. Llegar a tiempo a la oficina. Entregar los documentos que me pidieron. Tener la comida lista. Levantarme en las mañanas, etc. b) Presiones anormales serían las que ocasionarían situaciones especiales tales como: Atender a un enfermo grave. Pasar mi examen profesional.
